IAM MEMBERSHIP GUIDELINES
Applicants
- have a need-meeting evangelistic ministry
- are recommended by an existing member in good standing
- have completed a formal application including:
1. A brief description of personal and current relationship with Christ
2. A summary of ministry
3. A statement of agreement with IAM doctrines and policies
There are three (3) membership categories in the IAM family
1. MEMBERS - working under the IAM 501c3 non-profit organization. They are responsible to follow specific IAM policies and procedures.
(A) Financial banking and accounting are done through Finance & Tax Management Solutions this includes administration, insurance, tax compliance and financial accounting, including tax receipts to donors. In addition, Team Baldwin, CPA firm, prepares our books for the I.R.S.
(B) All government and I.R.S. regulations covering our 501c3 tax exempt status must be strictly followed.
Members in this category also enjoy the opportunity to fellowship with other ministry leaders, networking and partnering projects, coaching and mentoring benefits.
2. AFFILIATES - working under their own separate non-profit organization. They are responsible for their own corporate, banking and IRS compliance requirements.
Members in this category affiliate with IAM for many reasons, among them the opportunity to fellowship with other ministry leaders, to network and partner with other members, and to receive coaching/mentoring benefits.
3. STRATEGIC PARTNERS - are already MEMBERS and/or AFFILIATES of IAM, and in addition, they help us:

- Multiplying ministries
- Maintain our priority of “People First” by connecting and building relationships in our Buddies Program,
- Contribute financially to IAM
- Serve on a committee or task force as needed

THRIVING MINISTRIES SUPPORT INITIATIVE
Every new ministry should have an opportunity to grow and prosper.
The Thriving Ministries Support Initiative seeks to do all we can to help by providing training, coaching/mentoring and fellowship with other similar ministries. Your prayers and support for this service is an important step in the progress and long term success of each ministry.
