MINISTRY LICENSE AND ORDINATION
Professional recognition through IAM Licensing and Ordination for ministry is also available for members and affiliates who meet certain guidelines.
Introduction and Overview of IAM's Licensing/Ordination Process Any candidate for licensing must recognize only our Sovereign God the Father can truly ordain His children for service in the ministry of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The calling of a minister is not the result of a title, but is rather, the title of his calling. This calling is recognized as from the true and living God. It is man's privilege, and specifically the privilege of the overseers namely the Board of Directors of International Association of Ministers and Ministries, Inc., to ratify the licensing and ordination of God when such is obviously placed on a person's life. The Board of Directors shall license and ordain candidates to the overall ministry of the gospel. A "License to Minister" allows that minister the right to serve, preach, minister, and administer to Word of God and the work of the Holy Spirit wherever the leading of the Spirit designates. The License to Minister must be renewed yearly. Once “Ordained,” an individual under God may choose whatever capacity in which to operate his or her ministry (i.e. evangelist, pastor, teacher, etc.).This Ordination to Ministry is for life under the following conditions:

*Should the Board of Directors receive no contact from an ordained individual for a period of two years, the Board of Directors shall have the right to rescind the individual's ordination. In addition, the Board of Directors shall exercise the right to rescind ordination for the following reasons:

Guidelines for License and Ordination through IAM
I. Experienced and Licensed Ministers (Two years supervised/staff experience in a reputable organization known by members of IAM.) 1. Applicant is a member in good standing of IAM 2. Recommended by an active IAM member 3. Formal application requesting recognition as ordained minister with IAM along with signed statement of faith. II. Applicants with little or no supervised ministry experience and education
