So pleased to introduce Cecille Valoria to you. Well educated, servant spirit, warm-hearted, are words that come to mind as I share her testimony and ministry.
Welcome to our IAM Family Update, Cecille, I am proud to partnership with you in ministry. As we always do, your testimony is first and foremost.
How did you come to Christ:
“I grew up in a strict and very religious family. My parents always brought us to church and we were expected to be respectful, obedient and to make the right choices in life. So I knew right from wrong and that God existed. All that I knew about Him was coming from what I was told. At that time lay people were not allowed to read the Bible. I did not have a personal relationship with His Son Jesus Christ, until I was a freshman in high school when someone shared the Four Spiritual Laws with me. This was when I accepted the LORD into my life.
Wow, Bill Bright and Campus Crusade for Christs (Now Crew) 4 Laws have been used of God in millions of lives over the years. Thank the Lord.
Tell us how your relationship is going and growing today.
"I love my relationship with Christ! He is my Savior, my Redeemer, my Deliverer, my God, my King and so much more. I could not see living life without Him. My dependence is on Him.”
Awesome.
Your ministry is called “Flowers for Elders”. Tell us what that’s is about.
“I started this ministry around the middle of September 2016 after we had my daughter and son-in-law\'s second wedding reception. They had flowers and so I repurposed the flowers and brought the flower arrangements to a couple of patients in a convalescent hospital in Roseville. On my way there, God impressed upon my heart to start "Flowers for Elders". This is an evangelistic ministry that brings floral arrangements to patients in convalescent hospitals to brighten their day, to let them know that someone cares and to bring hope. Working with the Activities Directors of the facilities, we will also be providing floral arrangement sessions with the residents. This will enable us to establish a one-on-one relationship with them giving us an opportunity to share our faith.”
Thank you Cecille for partnering with us in reaching people in need. We love what you do. May our Lord bless you, your family and ministry.
